I raised complaint regarding lighter they called me on the second day and he said he is going to send vedio nothing was done when I purchased lighter I was very happy but when we started using it fuel was leaking I called I asked them share the location so at least we can go and check but nothing was done at the end not happy with the serive and very poor product. You got a call from us explaining how the zippo works, its pretty basic and no rocket science, for further details, we even asked you to contact us via whatsapp, for us to share the Youtube video about how zippo works., but you never contacted us on whastapp AT ALL, and we assumed you got the hang of it. Instead, you leave a negative review.
It would've been great if you contacted us or maybe just read a little about Zippo least of all, spend a few minutes on youtube learning about zippo before claiming the item or our services, not up the mark.

PS: Any person looking at the video would agree that there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the lighter. If you overfill the fuel in the lighter, it would leak. It's working absolutely fine.
