Shipping Information:

Delivery Services:

Orders, for which payments are confirmed before 12:30 PM IST, shipping is done on the same day. 

  • Order's are packed and shipped the same day OR the next working day depending on the courier cut off time.
  • Tracking Numbers* are either given out the same day or the next day via email & text message, Please call on +91-9849000777 for any urgent need.
  • Free delivery for ALL orders above 2000. We charge Rs. 100/- shipping below a value of Rs. 2,000/-
  • We use BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery, India Post, Shree Maruthi Courier Service & TheProfessional Courier Service. You may chose the courier service during the checkout process.
  • Metro City & Tier 1 City orders are delivered within 24-48 Hours and other destinations take 3-7 days depending on your location. We ship the items from Hyderabad, Telangana. 
  • For Hyderabad to Hyderabad shipping(Local), we would use Shree Maruthi/Delhivery Courier and not FedEx or BlueDart. You could Dunzo it from our office address for any emergencies which can be coordinated by speaking with us on +91-9849000777
  • We DO NOT provide Cash on Delivery service.

Holidays: Sundays and Public Holidays, even though orders might be processed, shipping cannot be done.  

Tracking: For all Shipping options that we provide, tracking is available on the carrier website using the Waybill number provided by us once the order is fulfilled, the details will be send to you via email & SMS.

We take 100% responsibility on the shipping, a product broken due to shipping will be replaced immediately.

This has to be notified within 1-day of arrival and the product has to be sent back to us for examination so that we can verify and replace the item. While we try to be proactive and provide world-class support, there might be instances of delay.

Warranty & Returns:

When purchasing Fenix products, it is important that customers are aware of the following:

  • If there is a problem with the Fenix product, OR if the customer is facing any issue with the light and needs to send the light to us for service/repair, the customer has to send the light back to the Fenix seller at its location(HYDERABAD) Cost shall be borne by customer for sending the light to us, We will send the parcel back to customer at our(LightMen) cost.

  • ONLY IF the light is faulty within 15 days of purchase, LightMen shall bear the expenses of Shipping(reverse pick up be arranged by LightMen)\
  • Warranty work for Fenix lights is based on the light's serial number. The serial number is traced to a particular Fenix distributor and country. So when warranty work is required, the light will have to go back to the country from which the light was purchased. This is important if you are purchasing a light from a seller in a country other than yours. We undertake repairs and warranty for the light bought from Fenix Authorised dealers in India ONLY.
  • Warranty policies are set by Fenix the manufacturer. However, individual Fenix dealers/sellers determine return/replacement policies. Know your seller's policies to avoid any surprises.

How long does it take to get warranty or service work done?
LightMen has a full-service Warranty and Repair Department.  For the products which can be repaired in our Hyderabad Repair Centre, repairs are normally done within 2 weeks(14 days) POST receipt as long as parts are available

There are many a times when we are out of stock on certain parts, You will be notified of the progress. We may take around 45 days for repairs if the light has to go to china for repairs due to non availability of parts or if the flashlight needs to be repaired.

If the parts are unavailable for over 45-60 days max:
We WILL offer you a new piece(without accessories) of the same model.

Fenix Products Warranty

CATEGORY 1:
Flashlights, Headlamps, and Bike Lights.
(includes all lights which ship WITHOUT rechargeable batteries and those lights which ship WITH rechargeable batteries which can be removed from the light)

Examples: TK series, LD series, E series,
SD series, RC series, UC Series, Camping Lanterns,

5 Years on the Light without USB port, Lights which have NO Charging functionality on it. (1 year on the included rechargeable battery, if there is one.) 

1 year for Light if there is a USB port /Magnetic Charging on the light.

(1 year on the included rechargeable battery if there is one) 

CATEGORY 2:
Flashlights, Headlamps, and Bike Lights which ship WITH
a sealed battery pack which cannot be accessed by the customer. 

1 Year on both the light and battery pack. USB Port Damage NOT covered under Warranty Claims.

CATEGORY 3:
Rechargeable batteries, battery chargers, bike mounts,
and Remote Pressure Switch

1 Year (no extended warranty offered)

 

Battery & Charger :
Please note that replacements and repair is not applicable for batteries and chargers for various reasons like dropping the batteries, inserting batteries in reverse while charging, voltage fluctuations. This could damage both the batteries and the charger. Also, please read the manuals provided(if any) with the flashlight to understand which way to insert the batteries into the lights. (For flashlights, if it's not mentioned, its mostly positive first, meaning positive towards the LED). However, all batches of batteries and chargers are checked randomly by our team to see if there are issues with quality.

Batteries and chargers if reported dead/faulty on arrival(or within the first one week of arrival) can be replaced if found no abuse, these have to be returned to us for inspection, if found no abuse, replacement would be sent - return shipping charges(one way) would be paid by us. 

KNIVES / TOOLS & Zippo's are Non-Returnable. Only Manifacturing Defects will be entertained for replacement.

Return's: 

When you order a product from LightMen that is in perfect working condition but for some reason you are not satisfied with its performance, we accept the returns in a 15 day no questions asked policy with 100% refund.

Exception to 100% refund: The products we thus receive, are unsealed products and not in sellable condition, hence we charge a 25% restocking fee, ONLY for the items that comes in Blister-sealed package which cannot be sealed and re-sold to other customers, making it difficult for us to sell it to anyone else. Whenever someone buys an electronic product from a website, they expect it be in sealed condition. In fact, some people also want to save the packaging. Therefore, people are reluctant to buy a unit that has already been unboxed, hence the 25% re-stocking fee.
