Awesome experience! Fantastic product!!!

I had initially ordered the Fenix GL22 but it so happened to be out of stock. Mr. Rajeev promptly called me up and enquired if I would like to be added to the call back list once the product is restocked. I agreed. Money was refunded in a jiffy without any hassles.

Then I discovered that the Fenix GL19R was in stock so I opted to buy that and placed the order on 31st October 2022. Since it was already evening paat the cut off time, they shipped it the next day (on 1st November) through Bluedart as I had opted during checkout. I got the product on 4th November 2022 without any hassles or delays.

The product was shipped in a very well packed parcel. Inside the parcel was the product which itself is very well packed. The Fenix GL19R itself is a very well made product. The build quality is phenomenal and fits perfectly. The package also includes the battery, a 1913/Picatinny rail key, User Manual, warranty card and an additional O-Ring. The Glock rail key comes fitted on the light by default.

The product works exactly as advertised. The Turbo Mode is super bright and powerful although I have not used it for extended periods so I will reserve my opinion about the drop in lumens/output or heating. As for heating, it is normal for prolonged usage and not a defect, according to the User Manual.

Overall, the sellers Lightmen are worth their name and experience of more than 25 years in the lighting industry. Issues if any are promptly addressed and resolved without any delay. The product is wonderful and if anyone is contemplating whether to buy it or not, then one should buy it without second thoughts so long as you know it will fit.

It has been a wonderful purchase experience and I am defnitiely going to purchase more from Lightmen. Great job guys, keep it up!
