The Ruike P127-B is a large pocket knife with an Oriental look and feel. It might remind you of the classic Japanese kwaiken models. The 'kink' in the edge is great when opening boxes. It is what this knife excels at.
The blade is made from 14C28N steel. Stainless steel from Sweden. It retains its sharpness well and is also easy to sharpen. The handle is made from G10. A light-weight composite material made from glass fibres and plastic. Incredibly strong and offers enough grip. With a reassuring click the linerlock locks the blade when opened. The spine of the handle is enhanced with an additional latch to activate the second lock. For extra security. The end of the handle is enhanced with a glass breaker. Great in an emergency.
The Ruike P127-CB is a cool pocket knife, for an amazing price. It will be difficult to find more value for your money, it is what Ruike excels at. The fact that in return you also get your hands on an incredibly good and beautifully shaped piece of design is a big plus.

Ruike P127-B pocket knife
3 Stars rating for the product.
Pros : Not costly, good design, ergonomics and grip is good (this is why chose the B over the CB), no blade play in any direction, detent is just right for me for a frame lock.
Cons: Blade is off centre, came moderately sharp out of the box, uneven grind, pivot pin on one side stick out slightly while the other side is inline with the handle scale, flip action is a bit stiff even after disassembling and re-lubing the ball bearings but lets hope this will be fine after a bit of break-in, non recessed pocket clip screws. Maybe I have a fluke but my biggest worry is the uneven hardness on the blade, the color difference is visible on both sides of the blade to the naked eye. If it were a hammon line it would be okay but the particular portion circled in red have noticeably higher hardness than the other portion of the other parts of the blade. I have brought this issue up to the seller who reassured me that they will inform Ruike. I have even wrote to Ruike but got no reply even though more than 10 days have passed. Love my Civivis and Kizers which is more or less in the same price range more.
